The Board of Trustees
  1. The Board of Trustees of the Windows and Orphans International shall also be the Board of Trustees of the WOI University
  2. Other Board of Trustees will consist of a women’s representative, a religious representative, a youth representative, a lawyer, a financial expert, and an academician.
  3. The Board of Trustees is vested with:
    1. the function of safeguarding the foundational object of the University;
    2. the powers to appoint or remove from office, members of the University Council;
    3. receive and ratify the amendment(s) to the Charter and Statutes based on the recommendations of the University Council;
    4. approve and ratify all policy decisions of the University Council;
    5. elect members and office bearers of the University Council in accordance with the Statutes;
    6. approve and ratify the appointment of the Chancellor and the Vice-Chancellors of the University based on the recommendation of the University Council;
    7. receive and adopt the annual report and audited financial statements of the University;
      approve the appointment of University External Auditors upon the recommendations of the University Council;
